The John Ross is a luxury condo building in Portland‚Äôs South Waterfront district. In June 2010 the tax credit-incentives had expired and there were still 18 units left. That’s when they turned to us for help.

- During the slowest selling market in history, these ads helped The John Ross sell 61% of their inventory in the first two months. Within five months, the building was sold out.
